OVERFLOW POST (PRISMATICA)

NP! I've been laptopless and reduced to my phone lately so it's ok

[As if Mamoru will be happy about this, either. He's about strictness, pointed motion and intent, no wasteful shenanigans. Even showing off so far had a purpose - a statement towards an opponent, something to fray someone's nerves.

This has no meaning whatsoever aside that it's merely exploratory.

Mamoru moves away, twirls the blade between his fingers to shield it with the curve of his hand - half a cover, half a preparation for throwing it. The movement of his feet is no short of grace itself, practiced ease and fast, but nothing that compares to Genji.

It makes his jaw set. That there are things on the lenses of his shades going NO DATA aiming at Genji's body doesn't help. He can only see his outline, after all, but the system in his sunglasses keeps trying to identify something else.

What the fuck.]
Am I right when I say I'm hearing machinery in you?

[Usually Mamoru doesn't do this.

This showing off, stance at the ready, that honestly has no purpose aside from the fact that he had his knife back.

He almost has half a mind to put it back on the strap underneath his jacket. Where it belonged.

Closing time.

Except that, and the way Genji holds the short sword in his hand. That urges on a will to test things further.

His thumb makes the blade twirl between his two fingers pensively as if considering the idea of throwing it again. It makes his breath hitch just a tad, adrenaline going.]

I guess you could say I'm cheating.

Prosthetics, huh? [That wasn't entirely new to Mamoru. There was a big player back home with something similar, the kind that deflects bullets with his hand.

This, however, felt more seamless than what The Aegis had, though. A liquid precision to it, adding something to otherwise human movements (even if entirely OP lbr). Almost no room for error.

The ears, though. That can't be right.]
Take it those aren't artificial, though.

[Huh, that makes his own head tilt as well.

He has been wearing his bracelet, too, but if this guy still manages to get features that don't belong to him still, then that meant that he wasn't just feeling like some sort of weird dental infection.

He brings a thumb to his teeth, presses to find them sharp enough to create small divots to mold the soft pad there.]

What the hell...
